Return Policy

Executive

Direct Clientele  

Executive extends a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact maxgreene2025@gmail.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Retail Partners - Shopify Collective  

All wholesale orders are final sale. Exceptions are made solely for items arriving damaged or defective, provided written notice with supporting imagery is received within 7 calendar days of delivery. Executive does not accept returns for overstock, client remorse, or changes in market demand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact maxgreene2025@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or credit once the claim is verified.

Exchanges  

Executive does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for refund and place a new order for the desired item.
