This website and its services are operated by Executive. By accessing our site, placing an order, or importing our products through Shopify Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and retail partners of Executive.
2. Eligibility
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. The Executive Signature Collection - Retailer Terms
Executive curates the Executive Signature Collection exclusively for select retail partners via Shopify Collective.
• Product assortments, imagery, and wholesale pricing are proprietary to Executive and subject to change at our discretion.
• Executive reserves the right to determine product allocation, discontinue items, and approve or decline retailer partnerships.
• Retail partners are entrusted to uphold the presentation and integrity of the Executive brand in all customer-facing materials.
4. Pricing, Orders & Payment
• Wholesale pricing is designated within the Collective price list and may be revised without prior notice.
• Orders are processed and payment is captured at the time of fulfillment via Shopify.
• Executive reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory limitations, pricing discrepancies, or risk assessment.
5. Retail Partner Standards
Authorized retailers of Executive agree to the following:
1. Represent Executive products with accuracy and maintain brand integrity across all channels.
2. Assume full responsibility for customer service, fulfillment, returns, and refunds for transactions occurring on the retailer’s storefront.
3. Refrain from listing Executive products on third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and similar platforms, absent express written consent from Executive.
4. Ensure all marketing and advertising complies with the policies of Meta, TikTok, Google, and all applicable regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Executive, including but not limited to product imagery, copy, and branding, is the exclusive property of Executive. Retail partners are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets solely for the marketing and sale of Executive products during the term of an active partnership.
7. Fulfillment & Modifications
Executive may cancel or modify orders in cases of insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Should cancellation occur post-payment, a full refund will be issued.
8. Returns & Warranty
• Client Purchases: Governed by our Refund Policy link to refund policy.
• Wholesale Orders: All wholesale transactions are considered final. Exceptions are made solely for goods arriving damaged or defective, provided claims are submitted with supporting documentation within 7 calendar days of receipt. Executive does not accept returns for overstock or client remorse.
9. Shipping

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Amendments
Executive reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
